The connecting corner concept is so unique,
it's patented with the U.S. Patent Office. Each Rack is comprised
of 8 each of these meticulously engineered cast metal corners. The resultant connected structure is a
framework that's incredibly strong, precise in dimension and can
generate up to 79,507 different Rack configurations.
Each corner connector accepts three sets of specially designed rails.
There are four rails in each set. All four rails in a set are equal in length. By inserting various sized combinations of these rail sets into the eight Connecting Corners the user has the ability to mix and match component parts to create any size frame up to 6-1/2 feet in any direction. Finally, the entire structure is soundly fastened by means of specially designed Dog Point screws with countersunk heads; the machinists choice for optimum screw-fastening strength.
