Star Light

"Standards"

1.	Mill finish aluminum surface on Star Light angle extrusion enhances case appearance.
2.	Inner & outer wall aluminum angle extrusion provides superior skeletal strength to case framework.
3.	Deep draw tongue & groove aluminum valance makes upper and lower section alignment definite and least likely to mis-align.
4.	Lightweight grades of 1/4" honeycomb structure HDPE (high density polyethylene) are used on Star Light Cases.
5.	Heavy-duty, spring-loaded, recessed twist catches are standard issue on Star Light Cases.
6.	High-strength, high density polyethylene (HDPE) outer wall is 1/4" thick with 400 psi tensile strength for optimum strength..
7.	Strong steel shoulder corner clamps provide support for excellent case section integrity.
8.	Strong, steel knuckled ball corners with step-down feature protect outer corners while elevating case surface a minimum of 1/4" from ground level.
9.	Heavy-gauge steel, recess mounted spring-loaded handles with large rubber grips are placed for ease of handling.
10.	Extra wide, full-length, heavy-duty piano-type hinge is standard issue on Star Light Cases.
