Equipment racks overview.
The specially designed
Connecting Corner accepts three sets of specially
designed steel rails. There are four rails in each set. All four rails
are equal in length. By inserting various sized combinations of these
rail sets into the eight ConnectingCorners the user has the ability to mix and match component parts to create any size frame up to 6-1/2 feet in any direction. |
| 19" Racks | 19" Racks. Following are several 19" rack configurations including our rack cube that has equal width, depth and height measuring allowing the professional component installer to load rack components either from the front, the side, the top or the rear of the 19" rack enclosure. Also shown are Racks with optional rack accessories such as braces & rack wheels. Popular configurations such as stacked racks, side-by-side racks, ganged racks; all shown in basic empty 19" racks and loaded racks. |
| The Cube | 19" racks - load from all sides. This Rack has been assembled as a cube having equal width, depth & height. Advantages are that user can load 19" rackmountable components from any side (front, rear, left or right side, either top or bottom.) All points of access into this 19" cube will accept 10 rack units (17-1/2") of typical 19" EIA rackmount components. |
| LAN Stations | LAN Stations, Workstations. LAN (Local Area Network) Stations are available in a multitude of custom heights however the most popular sizes are our 19" width and 25" width LAN Stations. They perform as the perfect computer workstation. Shown here is our LAN Station 19 that provides two 19" width shelves atop a 20" width work surface positioned at the accepted tabletop height of 28-1/2". The picture on the left shows our optional accessory glide mounted keyboard shelf (RFKEYBRD2) with sliding mouse tray. The LAN Station 20 comes standard with two each 19" width rack shelves (RFSHELF19), a solid tabletop surface, bottom cover panel & support bracing for upright shelf support rack rails. All in all, our LAN Stations are your ideal solution for supporting your tower CPU's, rack mount CPU's and servers, flat panel LCD displays or CRT displays, printers, scanners, keyboards or any other peripheral device. |
| Server Racks | Server Racks. Server Racks are rapidly becoming the configuration of choice and our server racks are used for economical and effective integration of 19" rack components. Our server racks are of the utmost premium quality and can be outfitted with multiple shelves, glide-equipped drawers, keyboard shelves with integral mouse trays. Another use for our server racks is for any other 19" EIA standard rack accessory. |
| Relay Racks | Relay Racks. Relay Racks are the perfect choice for electronics & hard wired telecommunications devices. Relay racks are used to rack modem surge suppressors, RFI noise filters and surge transient suppressors. Relay racks also make excellent organizational frame works for lightning protectors and related telnet devices. Our relay racks are of the utmost premium quality and our relay racks can be outfitted with multiple shelves, glide-equipped drawers and keyboard shelves with integral mouse trays. In fact, just about any other 19" EIA standard rack accessory adapts perfectly to our relay racks. |
| Equipment Enclosures | Equipment Enclosures. Racks can be easily enclosed on all sides, by using our Side Panel sets and top & bottom by using our Cover Panels. Use of these options can provide that added touch of neatness and professionalism required for several electronic installations. |
| Custom Racks | Custom Racks. Although you'll probably never need a Rack to park your SUV in, be confident that you could! With a virtually limitless number of possible rack enclosure possibilities (79,507 at last count), these racks affords even the most technical rack component user the solution they've been looking for. Racks can be assembled up to a size of 80-3/8"x80-3/8"x79-1/4" (wdh). Knowing this, think of the possibilities; LAN stations, computer work stations, tall racks, short racks, desks, home entertainment centers, multimedia stations, kiosks, tradeshow applications, office dividing, you name it! | Side-by-Side Racks | Side-by-side racks. These Racks depict the ease with which side-by-side configurations can be set-up. Through an incredibly stout and virtually transparent ganging system, Racks can attach side-by-side in a very wide array of systems. Whether your intention is to rack mount hundreds of 1 U dedicated servers in a common ISP system or several high output power amplifiers for theatrical sound system installations, the Rack can solve even the most challenging assignments. |
| Stacked Racks | 19" racks stacked. Racks are easily stacked to either take maximum advantage of limited space or to provide rapid interchangeability of various components systems. Whether you're mounting multiple rack servers, digital media recording devices, phone switches, monitors, etc. - Racks can be coupled exactly as you wish with positive male to female interconnection. When higher weight capacities are anticipated, we recommend the use of our bracing kits to lend maximum structural strength to your Racks. |
