F5 Front & Top Lids Rack

Style F5 Style F5 EIA rack mountable component cases incorporate a removable front lid and top lid. There is angled horizontal rack space in the upper section and vertical rack space in the lower rack section. A trap door is provided in the rear case panel surface for accessing cables and components. Rack mountable component shell section depth must be specified at time of ordering as well as rackable height in rack spaces or units (1 EIA rack space or unit = 1-3/4'.) F5 style EIA rack mountable component cases can optionally be equipped with tapped (10-32) or untapped rack component mounting rails, front and top mounted only. Other options worth considering are locking devices (one per side/per lid\ minimum) or various caster options. Applications are lighter weight, more rugid electronic components requiring less common carrier transit. The F5 rack case is an excellent choice for portable PA systems, sound reinforcement electronics, and portable video editting systems. |
