Polyethylene foam is also knows as etha fom, polyurethane name or hard foam. Multiple layers can be adhesive bonded together for increased protection of your case contents. Star Case utilizes only the highest quality virgin grades of softer polyester and higher density polyethylene foam materials available. All foam materials used are charcoal gray in color. These foam materials are in the form of various densities corresponding to the weight density of the equipment within your cases. Our foam is cut to close tolerances to assure accuracy when specifying optimum cushioning for your equipment.
