Our “Patented” ‘STEEL THREADS’ Professional Series Racks & Frames Systems successfully fulfilled our customer requirements for a lightweight, minimum foot print, easy to assemble design which could ship knock-down to keep freight cost to a bare minimum. However because of this unique design we were not able to provide exterior doors. We consequently addressed not only the addition of exterior doors but also our new design addressed our desire to hide from view all fastening assembly screws which we refer to as the “HIDDEN THREADS” approach. |

| Why STEEL THREADS? | ||||||
|
We designed around the concept of the ‘Steel Threads’ - all assembly screws are fastened from the outside. The result is an incredibly user-friendly, elegantly designed “patented” system without rival when it comes to shear strength, stability, and ease of handling due to the finest quality high strength threaded steel rails and aerospace grade cast aluminum corners. |
Securing these screws to the threaded steel holes in each of twelve vertical and horizontal rails creates a robust framework that will exceed even the most outlandish weight requirements. Each extension of the Cast Metal Connecting Corner is precision engineered to accept 1-3/4" of rack rail, 10-32 pre-tapped and spaced precisely to the EIA (Electronics Industries Alliance), and fastened securely with specially design dogpoint screws. |

We designed into every high strength steel rail the ability to include optional panels on rack sides as well as steel cover panels to enclose the top and/or bottom of your rack. Following assembly your optional side panels are fastened to the sides of your rack. In addition, we offer a full selection of rack drawers, rack shelves, rack support systems, casters, shock isolation devices, filler panels and rack fasteners. |

Knock-Down Kits (racks only)
- All components are delivered knock-down and assembly is
required to keep freight cost to a bare minimum. The first
carton (the Master Pack) includes 8 cast aerospace aluminum
connecting corners, 4 EIA length width rails with 10-32 tapped holes
on both planes, leveling feet & dogpoint screw fasteners.
The second & third cartons contain the depth & height
rails needed to form your Professional Series Rack. Depth rail
sets are available in 4 standard rail-to-rail depths (13", 20", 25"
and 30").
Height rail sets are available in 43 lengths ranging from 1U
(1-3/4") to 43U (75-1/4").
To order any one of the 172 available rack sizes simply
select the height and depth rack you're interested in.

Knock-Down Kits (frames only) - All components are delivered knock-down and assembly is required to keep freight cost to a bare minimum. The first carton (the Master Pack-Custom) includes 8 cast aerospace aluminum connecting corners, leveling feet & dogpoint screw fasteners (identical to that shown above however, less the width rails). The second, third & fourth cartons contain the width, depth & height rails needed to form your Professional Series frame. Width, depth and height rail sets are available in 43 lengths ranging from 1U (1-3/4") to 43U (75-1/4"). That's translates to 79,507 possible frame sizes. To order any one of these 79,507 available frame sizes simply select the width, depth & height frame you're interested in. |

Due to the unique design, if you need an exact size to fit a unique space our Professional Series is available from an internal displacement of over 216 cubic feet (that's big enough to drive a large SUV through) to as small as only 144 cubic inches (smaller than a standard desktop telephone). |
