Our “Patented” ‘STEEL & ALUMINUM THREADS’ Professional Series Racks & Frames Systems successfully fulfilled our customer requirements for a lightweight, minimum foot print, easy to assemble design which could ship knock-down to keep freight cost to a bare minimum. However because of this unique design we were not able to provide exterior doors. We consequently addressed not only the addition of exterior doors but also our new design addressed our desire to hide from view all fastening assembly screws which we refer to as the “HIDDEN THREADS” approach. |

| Why HIDDEN THREADS? | |||||||||

We designed around the concept of the ‘Hidden Thread’ - all assembly screws are fastened from the inside. The result is an incredibly user-friendly, elegantly designed “patent pending” system without rival when it comes to shear strength, stability, and ease of handling due to the finest quality lightweight high strength and cast corner aerospace aluminum extruded materials. |
Securing these screws to the hidden threaded holes in each Stub of the Cast Metal Corner creates a rock-solid structure that will support incredible amounts of weight. Each Stub of the Cast Metal Corner has three adjoining grooves which fit into the protruding ribs positioned within the Slot Openings provided on each specially designed high-strength aerospace aluminum extruded rail. |

A standard Philips screwdriver is used to fasten the specially designed Dog Point screw through the 3/8" access holes at either end of each width, depth & height rails of your rack. |

We designed into every high strength aerospace aluminum extruded rail the ability to include optional panels on every surface while entirely eliminating the need for any fasteners whatsoever. During assembly your optional panel is placed into the slot of the high strength aerospace aluminum extruded rail and once fully assembled each panel is completely encased within the surrounding extruded rails. |

Fully Assembled Version (racks only)

Your
Fully Assembled Rack will arrive protectively wrapped and palletized (if of a size requiring truck shipment). Remove from carton and you’re rack is ready for immediate use.

Partially Assembled Version (racks only) - Your preassembled top and bottom frames are included in the first carton. The second carton includes the 4 vertical height rails which simply join to the preassembled top and bottom frames using only 8 specially designed Dog Point screws and is completely assembled in a matter of minutes.

Knock-Down Version (frames only) - All components are delivered knock-down and assembly is required to keep freight cost to a bare minimum. The first carton (the Master Pack) includes 8 cast aerospace aluminum connecting corners, leveling feet & dogpoint screw fasteners. The second, third & fourth cartons contain the width, depth & height rails needed to form your custom size Designer Series frame. To order any one of the 373,248 available frame sizes simply select a pre-cut width, depth and height extrusion pack along with the Custom Master Pack (which contains the 8 cast corners leveling feet and fasteners) to assemble a complete frame.

Due to the unique design if you need an exact size to fit a unique space our Designer Series is available from an internal displacement of 1,728 cubic feet (that's nearly 6 compact automobiles at 300 cubic feet each) to as small as only 216 cubic inches (about the size of a standard desktop telephone). |
